SALISBERRY STEAK WITH MUSHROOM GRAVY & MASHED 🥔

⏩Ingredients
For the Salisbury Steaks:
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper, to taste
For the Gravy:
1 tbsp butter
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 ½ cups sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp flour
2 cups beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper, to taste Chopped parsley, for garnish
Mashed Potatoes (optional):
2 los potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup milk or cream
Salt, to taste
⏩ Directions
Make Steaks: Mix beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire, and seasonings. Shape into oval patties. Sear in a skillet until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.

Cook Gravy: In the same skillet, melt butter.
Sauté onions and mushrooms until softened.
Stir in flour and cook 1 min. Gradually whisk in broth and Worcestershire. Simmer until thickened.

Simmer: Return steaks to the skillet. Cover
and cook 10-12 minutes in the gravy.
Make Potatoes: Boil potatoes until tender.
Mash with butter, milk, and salt until smooth.
Serve: Plate mashed potatoes, top with steak, ladle mushroom gravy generously, and garnish with parsley.
