Simple high protein chicken dinner

This dinner was so delicious and satisfying!
It’s a must try!

For the vegis:
• 233 g sweet potato → 210 cal
• 150 g broccoli → 44 cal
→ Avocado oil spray + spices than baked it at 420 ish for 30-35 minutes
For the chicken:
• 193 g raw chicken breast (skinless) → 235 cal
• 28 g corn flakes → 100 cal
• 15 g egg whites → 8 cal
→ I spiced the chicken than tossed it in egg whites than the cornflakes (the same spices I put on the chicken I put in the cornflakes-salt, pepper, garlic, onion, paprika), then placed on a foil lined baking sheet and sprayed with a bit of avocado oil, then I baked in the oven on 400 for about 14-17 minutes (I didn’t flip it half way)
For the honey buffalo sauce:
• 21 g honey → ~65 cal
• 3 tbsp Frank’s buffalo hot sauce → ~0–10 cal
→ I mixed them together over a low flame and let them combine together to form a smooth sauce
(I really should have made more to fully cover the chicken-it was good😊)
