30 Min - Panko Crusted Chicken

This recipe is easy and quick for a busy work week you will have dinner made in less than an hour ! ❤️

BEFORE YOU BEGIN: Preheat oven to 425 f (baking 25-30mins or until internal temp is 165.) this recipe is perfect for a household of 2 , if you need more just double the recipe !

CRUMB MIXTURE: mix together on a plate

1 tbs Italian seasoning

1 tbs garlic and herb seasoning

1 tsp salt

1 tbs paprika

2 1/2 c Italian Seasoned Panko Crumbs

1/4 c Parmesan or mozzarella cheese

STEPS:

1) Grab 2 chicken breast and slice them in half (butterfly cut)

2) Grab your meat tenderizer or a rolling pin and pound the chicken until about 1/2 inch thick

3) After melt 3 tbs butter or margarine and 1/2 cup of olive oil mix that together (this is your bond to make the crumbs stick )

4) Now you will first dip your chicken breast in the butter and then coat it in the panko crumbs mix . (Push down to really get it coated )

5) Lay your chicken breast on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper .

6) Bake at 425 for 25-30 mins flipping it once between 12-15 mins to get an even bake .

LASTLY ENJOY ! This pairs well with rolls , mash potatoes, steamed veggies , or even corn ! 😗
