For the star of the show, I usually grab two raw chicken breasts – boneless, skinless, makes it so much faster to shred later. You could even use chicken thighs if you prefer, but breasts are my go-to for that lean protein. The seasoning is key for flavor with minimal effort. I swear by McCormick Mild Taco seasoning, but truly, any taco or fajita seasoning mix you have on hand will work wonders. Don't be afraid to experiment with your favorite blend! It infuses so much flavor into the chicken while it bakes, making it taste like you put in way more effort than you did. Next up, the salsa. I used Cantina Salsa this time because I love its fresh, robust flavor, but seriously, whatever red salsa you have in your fridge will do. Medium, mild, spicy – your choice! It adds moisture and layers of flavor to the chicken without needing to chop a single onion or pepper. Just pour it right over the seasoned chicken in your baking dish. For a complete meal, adding a side of black beans is a must. I always have a can of Sprouts Organic Black Beans in my pantry. Guys this was so delicious, so quick and easy it’s hard to believe it has that much protein! Every flatbread pizza I cut into 4 slices and put the exact amount of cheese listed onto each flatbread! I cooked them for 22 mins on 355 heat! #highproteinpizza #pizza #dinnerrecipeideas #dinnerid
