I’m tired of PCOS not being taken seriously. Unfortunately, most women with PCOS will struggle with symptoms long before they are ever diagnosed. It took me years to find out my missing periods, acne, hair loss and chronic fatigue were from PCOS and I’m hoping that raising awareness will help all the other girlies struggling find answers sooner. There are many other warning signs of PCOS including:

🩸 irregular periods (or missing entirely)

🪫 low energy

🤤 extreme hunger

📈 weight gain

🦠 acne

👩‍🦲 hair loss

🧔‍♀️ hirsutism (excess face & body hair)

👼 infertility

🫩insomnia

🔬ovarian cysts

And this is just the tip of the PCOS iceberg! #pcos #pcosawareness #pcosproblems #pcoslife
