Protein pumpkin muffins 🎃

🎃 1 Box Pumpkin bread or muffin mix (I used the Trader Joe’s one)

🎃 1 Can pumpkin puree

🎃 2 tbsp water (if needed for texture)

🎃 ½ cup chocolate chips

🎃 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

1. Preheat oven to 375°F

2. In a bowl, mix together pumpkin bread mix, pumpkin puree, and vanilla protein powder

3. Add in extra water if it is not mixing well

4. Once mixed, add in chocolate chips

5. Divide into 12 muffin tins

6. Bake for 18–20 minutes until it passes the toothpick test

7. Enjoy!
