I haven’t been keeping up with the workout plan itself but I have been making sure that I get some kind of movement in AND reach my calorie intake and step goals AND my daily commitments. (My calories burned could have been way better but again… going through a major life change…)

I will eventually give an update as to what my daily commitments are as they have changed completely due to unfortunate life changing events…
