🍞 pound type, with sheet paper
Bread flour: 210g
Dry yeast: 4g
Sugar: 25 g
Whole egg: 30 g
Water candy: 20g
Milk: 120cc
Salt: 2 g
Green tea: 7g
Ingredients (cranberry this time): 60g
Turn the ingredients in a food processor
Divide into two when combined.
Add matcha and 1 tsp milk or water
Mix in a food processor.
Put one by one in a heat-resistant bowl and microwave for 20 seconds.
Re-roll each one and put a wet cloth on it
Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
Roll the dough into a rectangle (about 15 cm x 20 cm)
Stretch and layer the matcha dough on the white dough
Scatter the ingredients.
Roll it horizontally and pinch it at the end
Stop the dough down and put it in the mold.
Ferment at 40 ℃ for 30 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ℃ for 20 minutes
Take it out of the mold and take the rough heat on the net.
