Extending the airfrying time—like I plan to do next time—can make the tofu even more crispy and enhance the overall mouthfeel. For those new to tofu, I recommend exploring various tofu hacks such as marinating with soy sauce, sesame oil, or even a splash of rice vinegar. This helps infuse flavors deeply into the tofu.
