2. Cut the stem and top part of the shiitake mushrooms

Do not use the bottom part of shiitake mushrooms

3. Finely chop the stem of shiitake mushrooms

4. Chopped onion, shiitake mushroom stem,

Add seasoning to 5.4 and mix

6. Sprinkle flour on the top of shiitake mushrooms and cover 5 with 1 tablespoon
