Vegan pancakes 🥞

These Birthday Cake Pancakes are so easy to make, they are vegan and packed with plant-based protein🥞

Recipe 👇

Ingredients:

- 2 scoops KOS Birthday Cake Protein Powder

- 1 cup pancake mix

- 1 ripe banana

- 1 cup almond milk

- 1 tbs rainbow sprinkles

- 2 tbs almond milk yogurt

Instructions:

Mash one banana, add almond milk, pancake mix, KOS protein powder, rainbow sprinkles and mix it all well. On a medium hit pan fry your pancakes and stack them all. Top it off with some almond milk yogurt and more rainbow sprinkles. Enjoy!
