The kind of French toast you dream about 😍✨

I just wanted a simple breakfast… and somehow THIS happened 😭🍞✨

Tell me this doesn’t look like something from a brunch spot 😮‍🔥

Here’s how I made it:

Ingredients:

•3 slices brioche bread

•2 eggs

•1/3 cup milk

•1 tsp vanilla extract

•1 tsp cinnamon

•1 tbsp sugar

•Butter (for the pan)

Directions:

- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar. Dip each slice of bread into the mixture (don’t soak too long). Cook on a buttered pan over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Slice into triangles and stack.

Top with:

•Whipped cream

•Strawberries

•Bananas

•Nutella

•White chocolate drizzle

As a mom of 4, this is one of those breakfasts that feels extra but is actually super easy… and my kids go CRAZY for it every time 😅

... Read moreFrench toast is one of those classic comfort breakfasts that can feel as simple or as decadent as you want it to be. Using brioche bread in this recipe really elevates the dish; its light, buttery texture soaks up the egg mixture without becoming soggy, resulting in a soft and fluffy interior with a golden crust. Adding vanilla extract and cinnamon gives the bread a warm aromatic flavor, which complements the sweet toppings perfectly. From my experience, cooking over medium heat is essential to avoid burning the outside while ensuring the center cooks through. Using butter in the pan not only prevents sticking but also adds richness. Another tip is to avoid soaking the bread too long—just a quick dip helps maintain its structure. For toppings, the combination of fresh strawberries and bananas adds freshness and natural sweetness, while a generous helping of Nutella brings that indulgent, chocolate-hazelnut twist many crave at brunch. The white chocolate drizzle is a delightful finishing touch that makes the presentation pop and adds a creamy contrast. As a parent juggling busy mornings, I appreciate breakfasts like this that look restaurant-quality but can be whipped up quickly with ingredients often already in the kitchen. It’s no surprise the kids are obsessed—it feels like a treat without the fuss. This recipe really proves you can create something extraordinary from simple components, perfect for both lazy weekends and special occasions.
