Happy TUESDAY, Yall❤️ I hope you had a wonderful and kind day. Anywho, tonight’s meal was simple yet delicious. Of course I took the opportunity to meal prep a few things(rice and beans) and jazz up a few items too! The rice and beans were tasty as always, and the simple cheese sauce took these tacos to a whole new level.

And I highly recommend trying out the Doritos taco shell as it gives the meat more flavor as well.

Overall, dinner was filling, tasty, cheap, quick, & easy! All the things dinner should be and nothing that it shouldn’t.

Ohh, and everything came together in 40 minutes… YAY😳👏🏽
