No Bake Easter Dirt Cake - OMG SO gooood!
ONLY 10 minutes! Made this dessert for Easter last year and it was gone SO fast!
This No-bake cake is SO delicious! I could eat this Easter cake all year around it's SO good! 😋
It's just an Oreo crust layered with a smooth, fluffy filling made from cream cheese, Cool Whip, butter, powdered sugar, and chocolate pudding, all topped off with a generous sprinkle of crushed Oreos. Such a quick & easy dessert idea!

Easter Dirt Cake Recipe
🩷one 13.29oz package Oreos (divided)
🩷one 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
🩷1/2 stick unsalted butter, softened
🩷1 cup powdered sugar
🩷one 16oz container Cool Whip
🩷two 3.9oz boxes instant chocolate pudding mix
🩷3 cups cold milk
🩷2-3 drops green food coloring
🩷1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
🩷8-10 Peeps bunnies
🩷20-26 Cadbury mini eggs
Instructions
* In a large Ziploc bag, crush the Oreos.
* Place the crushed Oreos in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish, reserving 1 1/2 cups for the topping.
* In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in the powdered sugar until combined, then fold in the whipped topping.
* In another large bowl, combine both boxes of pudding mix with 3 cups cold milk until smooth.
* Add the pudding mixture to the cream cheese mixture and mix until smooth.
* Evenly spread the mixture into the bottom of the 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle the reserved crushed Oreos evenly over the top. Allow to set in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
* In a large Ziploc bag, add shredded coconut and a few drops of green food coloring. Seal and shake vigorously.
* Before serving, remove from the refrigerator and top with the shredded green coconut, Peeps bunnies, and Cadbury eggs.
