Easy Artisan Bread (no knead)

-3 cups flour

-1 packet instant yeast

-2 tsp salt

-1 1/2 cups warm water

Mix flour, instant yeast and salt in a large bowl. Add water, then mix until all the flour is incorporated.

Let sit on counter covered (with tea towel) for 2-3 hours

Preheat oven to 450 degrees (with Dutch oven inside)

Shape dough into a nice circle shape and place on parchment paper

Once Dutch oven is heated - add bread and bake covered for 30 minutes

Then bake additional 10-15 with cover off

Let cool for 15 mins and enjoy!!
