Quick & Easy High Protein Dinner!
I hate cooking, literally hate it. Until I actually do it and then I remember I do like it 😂
This dinner took me about 45 mins from start to finish, and it’s delicious! Saves so well as meal prep 😉
📒Chicken: (season to taste)
•Salt
•Black Pepper
•Garlic Powder
•Onion Powder
•Chilli Powder
(Cook until internal temp is at 165 degrees)
about 10-15 mins on the stove depending on the thickness of the chicken
📒Sweet Potatoes:
•Olive Oil
•Sea Salt
(375 degrees in the oven for 45 mins)
And that’s it! Really doesn’t take long at all but tastes amazing 🤩
