Happy Fall, Y’all (I know theres a week left of Summer 🙄)

Bake these Gluten Free Pumpkin Streusel Muffins at 350 for about 27 minutes (until toothpick pulls clean)

WET

2 large eggs

6 tablespoons melted butter

1 ½ cups pure pumpkin puree

⅔ cup white sugar

½ cup light brown sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

DRY

1 ¾ cup gluten free all purpose baking flour

1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

½ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon cinnamon

2 ¾ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

½ cup chocolate chips

STREUSEL

4 tablespoons brown sugar

4 tablespoons gluten free all purpose flour

2 tablespoons butter

¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
