📝 Recipe (Makes 12 or 6 jumbo muffins)
For the Muffins:
* ½ cup (1 stick) butter, softened
* ¾ cup granulated sugar
* 2 eggs
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* 2 tsp baking powder
* ½ tsp salt
* ¾ cup milk

* ⅓ cup brown sugar
* 1 tbsp cinnamon

* ½ cup flour
* ⅓ cup brown sugar
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* ¼ cup cold butter (cubed)
Mix until crumbly.

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line muffin pan.
2. Cream butter & sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add eggs + vanilla
4. Mix dry ingredients separately, then alternate with milk into batter.
5. Layer the muffins
Add batter → sprinkle cinnamon filling → more batter → top with streusel
6. Bake 18–22 minutes or until golden and set.
