20 dattes medjool

1/3 t farine d’amandes

1/3 t beurre d’arachides naturel

3 càs farine d’avoine

3 càs graines de lin

2 càs beurre d’arachides en poudre

1/3 t poudre de protéine (vanille, chocolat ou beurre d’arachides)

extrait de vanille

bonne pincée de sel

1t céréales style « rice crispies » (mes préférées sont les little crispies de @sevensundayscereal que je prends chez @naturesante )

optionnel : granola pour garnir

coulis chocolat

1/4 t pépites de chocolat mi-amer (mes préférées sont celles de @hukitchen qui sont sans sucres raffinés)

1 càt huile de coco

coulis beurre d’arachides

3 càs beurre d’arachides en poudre

2 càs huile de coco

1 càs sucre de coco

pincée de sel

mixer tous les ingrédients des barres, sauf les céréales et le granola, dans un robot culinaire jusqu’à l’obtention d’une texture lisse (6 à 8 minutes).

transférer dans un bol et incorporer les céréales.

transférer dans un moule tapissé de papier parchemin. presser avec le poing, puis lisser avec le fond d’un verre.

faire fondre le chocolat et l’huile de coco au micro-ondes ou au bain-marie.

dans un autre bol, mélanger les ingrédients du coulis beurre d’arachides.

verser le coulis chocolat sur les barres, puis ajouter quelques points du coulis beurre d’arachides. marbrer doucement avec un bâton en bois.

mettre au congélo 5 minutes.

sortir, ajouter une pincée de fleur de sel et (optionnel) un peu de granola sur le dessus.

remettre au congélo 15-20 minutes. trancher et déguster!

se conserve 4 jours au frigo, 3 mois au congélo.
