[Ingredients (for 2-3 people)]
Momen Tofu: 1 (about 300g)
Karashi Mentaiko (large): 1 / 2 Hara (about 50g)
Garlic: a little
Mizuna leaves: as appropriate
Mayonnaise: tablespoon 3 ~ 4
Pepper: a little
[How to make]
① Rub a cut of garlic into a bowl to add aroma.
② Remove the water from the surface of the tofu with a paper towel.
Tear it into bite-sized pieces, wrap it in two stacked paper towels, squeeze out the water and put it in a bowl.
Tear the mentaiko into small pieces and add 3-4 tablespoons of mayonnaise and a little pepper.
Serve in a bowl and garnish with mizuna.
