i swear this is my most asked question everrrrr… and honestly, fair because my oats lowkey look like a bowl of mud lolll BUT they are my absolute favorite thing ever. i literally go to bed excited to wake up and eat them 💭🥣

been having this with my breakfast every single day for the last 11 months and i it is not going anywhere anytime soon 😮‍💨

here’s the recipe 👇🏼

🥣 mud oats 🤭 my dream breakfast !!!!!

- 1/2 cup gf sprouted oats (@onedegreeorganics)

- 1-2 tbsp natural peanut butter (i use single ingredient — you can adjust depending on how peanut buttery you want it)

- water (i like mine super watery so i go heavy on that and then add more normally the next morning hahaha)

- 1/2 cup blueberries

- A LOT of cinnamon

- 1/4 pink himalayan sea salt

1. combine oats + pb + water

2. stick in fridge overnight

3. in the morning, top with blueberries, cinnamon, salt
