Lazy girl protein!!!

Sweet potato bowl recipe

beef (I’ve used turkey before but beef is good for iron production) taco seasoning, adobo, sazón, garlic , onion, pepper, paprika

cubed sweet potato (I buy them already cut and cubed cause lazy) -season however you prefer, I did a honey and cinnamon to offset the spice later on.

In a bowl - plate spinach

then the cubed sweet potato

place beef on the topand cubed avocado (or guacamole) with shredded cheddar cheese

Sauce:

Non fat Greek yogurt

Taco Bell high heat hot sauce

Honey

I don’t count macros but I watch what I eat and I’ve gone from 220lb to 165-180 (I fluctuate)
