Pizza Bowls

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 cup chopped onions

1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers

1 cup sliced mushrooms

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 pound ground beef or ground turkey, 96% lean

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Brown the meat choice, drain & place on paper towel. In same pan sauté the veggies & herbs until softened. Combine both, top with lean mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup per serving and bake for 15-20 minutes at 350.
