Sheet Pan Salmon Dinner

Need a lazy one pan meal? This salmon dinner is well balanced with protein, veg, and healthy carbs. I used a pre-marinated salmon that I bought frozen to make this a super easy meal.

On a sheet pan, I added quartered honey gold potatoes and broccoli. I mixed the veggies with a simple seasoning of olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Baked at 400F for 35 mins, adding the salmon for the last 15 mins. Remove the broccoli early if it’s getting too brown.
