What I eat in a day!
This is what I eat in a day to maintain my weight after losing ~50lbs.
Breakfast:
- Ratio protein yogurt (25g protein)
- nature valley protein granola
- strawberries
- blackberries
- a few chocolate chips
Lunch:
- minute rice brown rice
- chicken seasoned with paprika, garlic salt, taco seasoning
- iceberg lettuce
- pico de gallo
- a drizzle of yum yum sauce
Dinner: I tried a place called bubble fish!
- chicken
- rice
- cucumber
- carrots
- corn
- avacado
- wonton strips
- yum yum sauce and teriyaki sauce
Snacks:
- piece of pizza
- Girl Scout cookies (I have a bad sweet tooth)
