No seed oils or processed junk!

7/23 Edited to

... Read moreFollowing a diet free from seed oils and processed junk can truly transform your fitness journey and overall well-being. For me, prioritizing real food like the meals shared—starting with a protein-rich breakfast of eggs and garlic spinach chicken sausage—helps fuel my workouts and maintain energy throughout the day. Snacking on fresh pineapple or nutrient-dense almond coconut butter with apples adds both vitamins and healthy fats essential for recovery. Greek yogurt paired with granola and banana provides probiotics and fiber that support gut health, which I’ve found critical in feeling my best inside and out. For dinner, chicken fajitas with guacamole and whole-food tortillas are satisfying without the hidden additives often found in fast food or processed options. I also love finishing with a plant-based protein shake that includes date caramel and almond milk—this keeps me full and nourished overnight. Avoiding seed oils is important because they often contain unhealthy omega-6 fats that can promote inflammation, hindering muscle recovery and overall health. Choosing whole, minimally processed foods gives me the confidence my body is getting what it truly needs. If you’re looking to improve fitness and gut health, balancing natural proteins, healthy fats, and fiber-rich fruits and vegetables is a great place to start. Consistency in these choices, along with staying motivated in the gym, leads to sustainable progress and feeling empowered in your wellness journey.
