想吃 Ayam Gepuk 很久了。今天简直像带着使命一样，无论如何都一定要吃到！😂 一直以来，我印象中的 Ayam Gepuk，好像就应该是在友族餐馆吃的。但奈何我能力有限，开车去不了太远，最后就选了一家离家最近的。没想到啊…… 我心目中的 Ayam Gepuk，竟然是在一家 Cafe 里面吃到的。😂 味道嘛～还不错，但也没有到特别惊艳。结果反而激起了我的胜负欲—— 既然这样，那我一定要自己学来做！我甚至已经开始相信，自己做出来的应该不会比它差吧😅

在Ig 看到一个食谱吸引了我我刷一下并没有储存起来只是记得有毛豆，香菜，柠檬和橄榄油之后一直念念不忘（大概是有香菜🤨）今天就把这食谱做起来了然后再搭配了炸肉和太阳蛋哇～真的比我想象的好吃嘞如果没有加炸肉这应该是一盘好吃的减脂餐吧😆 食谱agak agak是这样～毛豆蒸熟香菜切碎把以上加进白饭（我的是糙米饭）然后挤上柠檬汁和橄榄油搅拌在一起就完成了配料自己喜欢加什么就什么吧～ #午餐 #好吃😋

I just found a small stall near Pasar Seni. They’re selling a traditional Malay dessert called Putu Bamboo. It’s freshly steamed and smells really good, like coconut sugar. The texture is soft with a slight grainy bite. The gula melaka inside melts and so good. Best part is, it’s really cheap.
