Meal Prep Chocolate Banana Chia Pudding 🎀☕️

One of my New Year’s resolutions for 2025 is to use my kitchen more often to make and eat healthier meals and this is one of my favorite recipes that I have been loving so far!

The ingredients are listed down below, and I hope you enjoy!

One cup of milk ( I use oat milk)

Two scoops of vanilla yogurt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons of chocolate powder

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 1/2 tablespoon protein powder

1 tablespoon of Chia seeds

3/4 unfrozen banana

Top with extra yogurt and fruit
