Sheet pan bowl
This sheet pan dinner was so easy for a busy Sunday! I used chicken thigh, zucchini and tomatoes. I added olive oil and seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, dill, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Baked at 400°F for 25 minutes. My rice and quinoa are from Walmart, the brand is Seeds of Change.
Overall this dinner was so filling, delicious and easy!
