Inspired by dani_organization_ I bought and prepped snacks for myself this week. Packing my snacks for the week as a small act of kindness to myself.

✨ Managing depression and trying to eat better isn’t always easy, but having quick, easy snacks on hand helps will hopefully help me to stay on track. Some days, I miss meals. Other days, I binge. But I’m learning to meet myself with grace instead of guilt.

I’m hoping this little habit will help me stay more consistent, avoid skipping meals, and make healthier choices when I feel overwhelmed. It’s not about being perfect—it’s about making things easier for myself, one step at a time. ❤️
