We used pork chops from The Country Butcher Shop in Virginia Beach, and let’s just say… dinner was GEWDDDD.

The process: Dry - Wet - Dry

Coated in @jovialfoods Einkorn flour mixed with salt + garlic powder

Dipped in an egg wash (with a little flour mixed in)

Breaded with panko

Shallow fried in olive oil until golden brown—but use whatever oil you like and deep fry if you’re feeling fancy.

Serve. It. Up.

We used rice as our starch + Kikkoman Tonkatsu sauce 🥰
