Ok, since pistachio seems to be a popular flavor I had to make these mini protein pudding cups and they did not disappoint! Super easy snack prep and 15 grams of protein per cup. It’s the perfect sweet, salty, and nutty combination. These might be my favorite of my protein puddings so far.
