Does your ADHD make you feel this?
After just 9 sessions. Turns out, my 162cm arm span, small build, and explosive leg power (2.1m standing long jump, no training!) make me surprisingly suited for climbing, even with weak core/upper body and a 21.6 BMI.
As someone with ADHD, I’ve always resisted leaning on physicals. I started climbing to challenge my weaknesses, but realized I’m naturally good at it. The focus on personal progress, not competition, makes it fulfilling. Yet my ADHD brain still questions: “Am I avoiding real challenges?” Anyone else struggle with ADHD?
