SSH students Industry Visit to The Garage

During the SSH students' industry visit to The Garage, the experience offered more than just observing—it was an engaging, hands-on exploration of the fitness world. What made this visit truly remarkable was the opportunity for students to actively participate in The Garage’s Strength 360 group class. This class is designed to build functional strength through a mix of weight training and dynamic movements, catering to various fitness levels. Participating in this class allowed students to directly apply concepts from their Sports and Exercise Prescription module, bridging theory with practice.
