High Protein Reset ~ Meal Prep and Fridge Restock

I have been eating a lot of processed, high sugar food lately and wanted to reset with basic chicken, broccoli and rice!

It is flavorful, but the seasonings are basic, so you could add any sauce you want to not get bored.

Last week, we made kielbasa with cabbage, bell peppers and snow peas. I was going to post about it but the photos didn't come out as good lol
