Day 1 was hard to complete my checklist. I woke up unmotivated yet occupied by my daughter. She and I hung out until her ABA therapist arrived and then I had to wait till her dad got home so I could do my workout. Today was still good though and tomorrow will be better because I already know what I did wrong today to fix for tomorrow.

Every box I checked today is a promise I kept to myself. One day at a time — I’m getting there.
