First I clean my short ribs with water, vinegar, and lemon. I cut some fat off, pat dry then add olive oil and then I add my seasonings of choice which are in the picture. Then I added Worcestershire sauce and( kitchen bouquet for coloring of them which will have them so delicious looking.
