It’s simple

Body recomposition is losing FAT to gain muscle .

My goal was never to just scale watch and drop weight that’s not HARD To do …it was to focus on body composition and not my weight AT ALL

Body recomposition is a LIFESTYLE it’s not just a standard diet where I go hard for only a certain amount of time and then presume the activities that got me there in the first place.

Some of yall are only focused on having BODY FAT and you want the body fat to be in certain places and that’s not how the body is designed

Having too much body fat can lead to tons of diseases and health issues and even if you get none of those sometimes it just hurts carrying the sh** around … wondering why your knees hurts you at times it’s not just because of your age ! …
