This recipe is [rice cooked with tuna and salted kelp]!
~ Materials (2 cups) ~
2 cups of white rice
Up to 2 cups of water memory
1 / 4 carrot
25g salted kelp (lightly grab)
1 can of tuna oil (70g)
Appropriate amount of green onion
Soy sauce tablespoon 1.5
mirin tablespoon 1.5
~ How to make ~
① Wash the rice and add up to 2 cups of water
② Shred carrots with a slicer
③ Add salted kelp and tuna. Add a little oil to the tuna
④ Cook rice with soy sauce and mirin
⑤ When cooked, mix, add green onions and complete

ツナと塩昆布の炊き込みご飯は、忙しい日でも手軽にできて、栄養もしっかり摂れます。塩昆布はそのまま使うことで旨味がご飯にしみ込み、ツナ缶の油も旨味の一部として活用。私はこのレシピを知ってから、ご飯作りに悩む時間が減り、子どもたちも「おかわり!」と喜んでくれています。 さらに、炊き込みご飯の材料はアレンジも簡単です。例えば、人参をスライサーで千切りにすることで食べやすく、彩りも良くなりますし、季節の野菜をプラスすれば栄養バランスもアップ。炊くだけで味が決まるので、ほかのおか ずを準備する時間も短縮できます。 また、幼児食として塩分控えめにしたい場合は、醤油の量を調整したり、みりんを少し多めにして甘みを加えるのがおすすめです。炊きあがったご飯に刻んだネギを散らすと色味が鮮やかになり、子どもの食欲をさらに刺激できます。 七夕の季節には、そうめんの上に星型に抜いたハムやチーズを乗せて、行事ごとを楽しむきっかけにもなるので、食卓に季節感をプラスするのも楽しいですよ。忙しいママでも無理なく作れるツナと塩昆布の炊き込みご飯で、家族の健康と笑顔を支えましょう!
