The state of your gut impacts your overall health from your mental health to energy levels, digestion, weight, inflammation, how you feel in your body and truly so much more!

All of these symptoms are not normal but they can mean your gut needs some support.

I know this all too well because I've been there! I've experienced many of these symptoms before addressing the state of my gut health.

Taking a look at the way your gut operates and seeing what is out of balance using a functional stool test & symptom assessment (often, there is digestive dysfunction happening or dysbiosis which is an imbalance of gut bacteria) these underlying issues need to be addressed!

In my practice (with my 1:1 Gut Health clients) we use a functional stool test + a 1:1 symptom assessment; this allows us to address the underlying issue which is contributing to the symptoms and from there we create a completely tailored plan to healing the gut!!

That way, the gut can heal and get back to being healthy & functional... this is how you will help you feel better in your body from the inside out!
