30 lbs Down 🎀

🎀 My best advice:

🌸 Remember that self-love is more than just a 30 day diet.

🌸 Leave whatever isn’t healthy. This includes people, environments, food, etc.

🌸 This is a mindset journey. Mental toughness is required.

🌸 If food didn’t cause the problem then food can’t fix the problem. Find solutions to manage your chronic stress and heal emotional eating.

🌸 Don’t rush. When you rush that’s when you make mistakes.

🌸 Focus on progress not perfection. Perfection is prision. Perfection is poison.

🌸 Be consistent in what’s working for you before you start something new just because someone else says, “This is better.” In the past I had a trainer tell me “walking isn’t exercise” and he wanted me to do certain workouts that were high intensity. Even though I knew I was making progress with walking I didn’t want to look “lazy” to him. So, long story short I ended up having an injury, had to stop working out, got depressed and gained the weight back.

Now that I’m back on track I stick to what works for me. I got on self-care walks and have go-to at-home workouts for the busy days.

🌸 Learn how to read food labels and understand quality nutrition.

🌸 Manage your bodies inflammation response and prioritize rest.

🌸 Limit added sugar and trust your body to tell you what it needs.

🌸 Keep a journal to reflect, refresh, plan, and record your journey.

🌸 Healthy habits apply to more than just your body. How are you so focused on your appearance that you’re neglecting your home or peace of mind? Clean your house, set boundaries and limits for people or areas that are unbalanced in your life.

🌸 DON’T WAIT UNTIL THE AFTER PICTURE TO FEEL BEAUTIFUL! Create more space for love joy and happiness in your life! When you feel good you do good!
