Pumpkin loaf recipe

Rainy days call for my Pumpkin loaf! I am ready for fall. I've included the recipe down below. 🍂

1 can of Pumpkin puree

2 Eggs

1/2 cup of Milk

1/2 cup of Oil

1/2 Tsp Vanilla

Mix Wet Ingredients

Now add

1 cup of Sugar

1/2 cup of Brown Sugar

1 Tsp of Baking Soda

1 Tsp of Cinnamon

1/2 Tsp of Salt

1/2 Tsp of Pumpkin Spice ( I like to double, just my preference)

1 3/4 cup of Flour

Mix and put into 9x13 loaf pan

Streusel Topping

1/2 cup of Flour

1/4 cup of Brown Sugar

2 Tbsp of Sugar

1/2 Tsp of Pumpkin pie spice

1/4 cup of Melted Butter

Mix and put on top of batter and bake at 350 for 1 hour

Maple Glaze

I mix real pure Maple Syrup with Powdered sugar until I get the right consistency and drizzle over the top 5-10 minutes after it's been taken out of the oven. This will also help the Streusel stay together.
