Low cal 🍫🤎Fudgy brownies
45 cals per slice! I love eating these with my ninja creamis!
Recipe:
30g pb2 powder (mix with 15ml sf maple syrup and water)
32g pumpkin puree (or applesauce)
30g banana
40 ml of sf maple syrup
1tbsp stevia or more
1/2 scoop protein powder(15g)(i used vegan but whey will make it rise more)
20g mini chocolate chips
To make:
-mix pb2 powder with syrup and water till you get a peanut butter consistency.
-Mix in remanding ingredients.
-Fold in chocolate chips
-Bake at 350 in a 9x5 pan for 30mins
45 cals per slice - makes 8 pieces
Macros : 1.5fat| 7.3carb| 3.3 protein
Note* macros may change based on protein you use
* you can sub the banana and pumpkin with applesauce, all banana or all pumpkin ! It may change the overall calories but not by much
