Ingredients

Chicken

• 2 lbs chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces

• ½ cup all-purpose flour

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 1 tsp onion powder

• 1 tsp paprika

• ½ tsp salt

• ½ tsp pepper

• 1 egg

• Oil, for frying

Bang Bang Sauce

• ½ cup sriracha mayo

• ¼ cup sweet chili sauce

Toppings

• Green onions, sliced

• Sesame seeds

Instructions

1. Season the flour

In a small bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

2. Coat the chicken

Add the chicken to a large bowl and toss with the seasoned flour. Crack in the egg and mix until every piece is coated.

3. Fry until crispy

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken in batches until golden and crispy on all sides. Transfer to a wire rack or paper towels.

4. Make the sauce

In a small bowl, mix the sriracha mayo and sweet chili sauce.

5. Toss it
