What to do in a snowstorm? It is time to bake! I have been seeing sweet potato brownies all over my feed. i had to give it a try. I did a lazy version.

Ingredients:

1 Boiled sweet potato

1 boxed brownie mix

Smash the boiled sweet potatos with the wet Ingredients. Then follow the box mix instructions.

The brownies came out more cake like then fudgy brownies. I would add more water to make it more fudgy next time.
