Craving for chocolate bites but want a relatively healthy dessert? I got you🙂‍↕️🫵 These easy-to-make Double Chocolate Muffins are all about the chocolate taste and smell but don’t need any oil or extra sugar to bake! Here’s how to make them at home👇

🔶You’ll need (12 small muffins):

🔸For the muffins:

125g cake flour

40g cocoa powder

3.5g baking powder

3.5g baking soda

110g honey

125g milk

55g applesauce

1 egg

85g boiling water

Semi-sweet chocolate chips

🔸For toppings:

Chocolate sauce

Chocolate curls

🔶You’ll do:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. To make the muffins, add everything EXCEPT the boiling water to a mixing bowl, and mix until everything’s combined.

2. Add the boiling water, and mix well. Pour the batter into a lined muffin pan, bake at 350°F for 13-15 minutes. Transfer the muffins to a cooling rack to cool completely.

3. Once the muffins are cool, drizzle the chocolate sauce and sprinkle the chocolate curls on top.
