sometimes we find ourselves craving certain foods, flavors, ingredients and it's really our body's way of telling us we may be lacking a certain vitamin or nutrient!

instead of giving into these unhealthy cravings 24/7, it can be helpful to know what these cravings actually mean! whether you supplement through whole foods or vitamins, it can be so beneficial to your body!

🍫: you may need magnesium! found in foods such as

bananas, leafy greens, nuts, whole grains

🍕: you may need omega 3's! found in foods such as fish,

flax & chia seeds, walnuts, tofu

🍪: your blood sugar may be low! eat foods such as fruits,

honey, fat free milk

🍩: you may need tryptophan! found in foods such as

eggs, edamame, tofu, fish, pork

🍔: you may need iron! found in foods such as beef, eggs,

lentils, quinoa, nuts/seeds

it's important not to restrict yourself, but it's also important to have discipline and eat what's best for your body!!
