WIEIAD while trying to lose weight!
soooo a big goal of mine in 2025 is to lose weight!
for YEARS & years, when i was very in shape & playing sports i was steady in 115-120lb range, until covid and i got a stomach infection and lost a TON of weight very fast, then gained it back.. and more..
when i was sick my weight went down to 105lb. now, im 150lb. & i HATE THAT!
i know some big things to weight loss is eating better, more protein and more water & ive decided instead of having crappy, processed foods, to eat more full and healthier foods.... and who said it couldn't be fun???
i struggle with protein intake because of my allergies (eggs, peanuts, treenuts, sesame & peas) so some recipes or snacks would be highly appreciated!!!

- Lender's Plain Bagel
- 2 Brown n' Serve breakfast sausages
- 1 slice of American cheese
- lillll bit of ketchup
đĨ Lunch - 480 cals
- Minute Rice 1 cup Spanish Rice
- 1 Perdue Breaded Chicken Breast Patty
- 2 mini cucumbers
- 1tbsp of vegan mayo
đ Dinner - 656 cals - made 3 servings
- Dececco Fusilli Pasta
- Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 5 salami slices cut up
- 1/2 cup vegan mayo
đĻ Dessert - 294 cals
- Breyers CarbSmart chocolate ice cream
- 1 small bag of freeze dried pineapple (crispyfruit/crispygreens)
- 1 small bag of freeze dried strawberries (crispyfruit/crispygreens)
- 2 whips of reddiwhip
đ§ - 70 fl oz - 2 stanley's (finishing the second one during bed lol)
