For the Portobello Steaks
4 large Portobello mushrooms Cleaned and stems removed.
Steps📍
In a baking dish, combine balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, and all the spices. Mix well until smooth, creating a flavorful marinade.
Place the cleaned portobello mushrooms in the dish and use a brush to generously coat them with the marinade on all sides.
Allow the mushrooms to marinate for at least 10-15 minutes to enhance the flavor.
Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat, and lightly spray it with cooking spray.
Place the marinated portobello mushrooms on the grill or skillet, cooking each side for about 4-5 minutes until deep golden brown, brushing with the remaining marinade.
