Method
1. Cream the butter, powdered sugar, and salt until smooth.
2.Add the egg white and mix just until combined.
3. Sift together the cake flour and cocoa powder, then fold into the butter mixture until a soft dough forms.
4.Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe heart shapes onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Chill for 20-30 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, prepare the nougatine. In a small saucepan, combine the corn syrup, sugar, and butter. Cook over medium heat until melted and lightly caramelized.
